I am here to raise the vibration of our community with massage and structural bodywork.

My specialty is addressing postural deviations and injury recovery, I have helped hundreds of people decrease their frequency and intensity of pain in their body caused by tension headache, migraine, brachial impingement, carpal tunnel syndrome, and sciatica. The goal of my work is to increase ease of movement and comfort of being in your body. I also do sports recovery massage that allows people to feel better and get desired results from their activities with less muscle soreness and increased range-of-motion.  I also enjoy treating anxiety with therapeutic touch, mixing Swedish-style massage with Acupressure relieves insomnia and ennui, refreshing the spirit.

My office is in Magna, I also enjoy doing chair massage for events.
